Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any additional costs for express or special delivery services).
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed. No fees will be charged for the refund.
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you notified us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the items back before the 14-day period expires.
Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.
Unless the return is due to our error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
The right to withdraw does not apply to:

Sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene or health reasons once opened
Perishable or time-sensitive goods
Software, audio, or video recordings once unsealed
Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications
