1. Your Right to Cancel
In accordance with the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods, without giving any reason.

2. Cancellation Period
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days starting from the day you—or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier)—takes physical possession of the goods.

4. Refund Policy
Once we receive your cancellation notice, we will issue a full refund within 14 days, including the cost of standard delivery (excluding any extra charges for express or non-standard delivery).

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

5. Returning Your Purchase
You must return the goods within 14 days from the date you notify us of your cancellation. The return deadline is met if you send the items back before the 14-day period expires.

Returned products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Unless we made a delivery error, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right to cancel does not apply to:

• Custom-made or personalized items

• Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery

• Perishable or time-sensitive items

• Software, audio, or video recordings once unsealed

• Newspapers, magazines, or similar publications

7. Return Conditions
All returned products must be:

• Unused and undamaged

• Returned in their original packaging with all tags, seals, and accessories intact

If the product has been handled beyond what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, or functioning, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund reflecting any reduction in value.
