If you selected the optional 1-year extended warranty, your total coverage period extends to 3 years.
If an electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace the item at no additional cost.
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
Physical or accidental damage
Normal wear and tear
Issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or improper handling

If video evidence cannot be provided or is insufficient, we may request that the item be returned for inspection.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
