Warranty Replacement

Standard Warranty Coverage

All electrical products purchased from homeflexor.com include a 2-year standard warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
If you selected the optional 1-year extended warranty, your total coverage period extends to 3 years.

If an electrical component fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will replace the item at no additional cost.


What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  • Physical or accidental damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Issues caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or improper handling


How to File a Warranty Claim

To start a warranty claim, please email us at:

After receiving our automated confirmation email, please reply with a short video clearly showing the issue—for example:

  • The device not turning on

  • Charging failures

  • Malfunctioning during normal use

If video evidence cannot be provided or is insufficient, we may request that the item be returned for inspection.


Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.

  • Only claims that fully comply with the warranty terms and conditions will be processed.
